We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after order agreement. Delivery within the mainland UK is by Royal Mail or Collect+ courier. Should you fail to be present for your delivery  and the package is returned to us, we are entitled to charge you for the cost of redelivery. For orders outside of the UK, carriage will be charged at cost, price available on application. Customs charges may be payable locally on orders sent outside of the UK. We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract of these terms and conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment or road traffic problems.

 

 

In the event of Patchwork Garden supplying your order incorrectly, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt. Any faulty item will be replaced, or refunded (at our discretion). You have the right to cancel any contract that you have entered into with us for up to 14 days from receipt of your goods. All items returned must be in an unopened, unused condition, and returned to us at your cost within this period.
